Trust
The rules Adtelo never breaks.
Reaching new customers should never cost you their trust. These rules are built into the product, not left to good intentions.
- 01 / APPROVAL
Nothing goes out without you
Every message, post and offer needs approval from someone with the right role. Approval covers the exact version; a change sends it back for review.
- 02 / PERMISSION
Contact only with permission or a confirmed business basis
Before a message is sent or handed to you, Adtelo checks that the prospect’s permission for that channel is on record, or that your account owner has confirmed a lawful basis to contact businesses — business addresses only, never personal ones. Every message offers a way to opt out, and an opt-out is always honoured. A changed phone number or profile needs fresh permission.
- 03 / OPT-OUTS
One opt-out stops everything
When someone asks to stop, or a message bounces or is reported, Adtelo stops every channel for them, cancels pending messages and closes their reminders.
- 04 / CONTACTS
No invented contact details
Email addresses, phone numbers and LinkedIn profiles come only from you. Adtelo never guesses them and never copies data from LinkedIn.
- 05 / SOURCES
Every finding shows its source
Prospect research links each point to the page it came from and says whether it is verified, inferred or uncertain, so you never pitch on a guess.
- 06 / RECORDS
Reported is not the same as delivered
When you send a message yourself, Adtelo records it as reported by you, not as delivered. Mistakes can be corrected, and the history keeps both.
- 07 / ACCOUNTS
No social passwords
Social accounts connect through each network’s official sign-in, so Adtelo never asks for social passwords. Mailbox details you enter for an SMTP connection are stored encrypted.
- 08 / ACCESS
The right people see the right brand
Roles and brand access keep each client’s prospects, content and approvals separate, and contact details are shown only to people allowed to see them.
- 09 / YOUR DATA
Export or delete at any time
Account holders can export their data and delete their account from Settings. See the Privacy policy for how data is handled.
