Can AI publish or contact someone on its own?
No. Social posts need human approval of an exact version. In acquisition, a person confirms qualification and approves each prospect’s first email. Follow-ups can run only within an authorized policy and limits.
Where do prospect lists come from?
The Ghana pilot accepts customer-supplied lists with a source-permission record. Importing a contact does not authorize outreach; written consent evidence must be recorded and checked before sending.
What happens after someone replies or opts out?
A reply or opt-out stops pending acquisition follow-ups. Suppression and consent are checked again at send time.
Which social networks are supported?
Official Facebook Page and Instagram professional-account connections are subject to provider permissions and account eligibility. Manual export is available independently.
How do bookings and payments work?
Your team can share a hosted booking link and record staff-confirmed bookings. Customer checkout uses each tenant’s Paystack account, and a sale is recorded only after verification.
Can an agency manage several brands?
Yes. Organization and brand access keeps client context, content and approvals separate.
How can I request my data or ask for deletion?
Account holders can use the privacy controls in Settings for export, deletion and support requests. Prospects can opt out from outreach and can contact the sender named in an email. See the Privacy policy for more.
