Legal / publication draft
Terms of service
These proposed terms govern organizations using Adtelo, operated by Techly Africa Limited. They are a publication draft until the company details and legal review are complete.
Registered address and public contact details are pending. Ghana counsel must approve this draft, the retention schedule, processor disclosures and customer-facing consent language. This page is not yet the final operative policy.
Eligibility and accounts
An account holder must be authorized to act for the organization they create or join. The organization is responsible for its users, roles, brand access and information it supplies. Keep credentials confidential and report suspected compromise promptly.
The service
Adtelo provides brand and knowledge management, AI-assisted research and content creation, human approvals, supported social connections, manual export, reporting and an acquisition workflow. Features can depend on plan limits, official provider permissions, verified domains, merchant connections and regional activation.
Customer responsibilities
You must review generated content, factual claims, offers and messages before use. You must have the rights to upload content, connect accounts and import prospect data; give required notices; keep permission evidence accurate; and honor withdrawals. Do not upload social account passwords or use Adtelo for scraping, spam, deception or unlawful contact.
Approvals and delivery
An approval applies to the exact version presented for review. Material edits require a new approval. Publishing and email delivery depend on third-party eligibility and availability. An attempted action does not guarantee publication, delivery, a response or a sale. Uncertain provider outcomes require reconciliation.
AI-assisted output
AI suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Review source evidence, rights, claims and suitability before approving any output. Do not rely on AI output as professional advice. Adtelo may enforce quotas and refuse unsafe or unauthorized requests.
Prospect outreach
The Ghana pilot accepts customer-supplied prospects. Import alone does not establish marketing permission. Direct marketing email requires recorded prior written consent, a verified sender and applicable approvals. Recipients can opt out, and replies or opt-outs stop pending follow-ups. Your organization remains responsible for its list, consent record, offer and customer relationship.
Bookings, offers and payments
Your organization manages its offers, prices and hosted booking service. Staff-confirmed bookings are records supplied by your team. Customer purchases use your own Paystack merchant account; Techly Africa Limited is not the merchant for those purchases. Adtelo subscription billing is separate. Payment and net revenue records may change after refunds, disputes or reversals.
Fees and subscriptions
Plan prices, intervals, usage limits and any overages must be shown before purchase or in an order form. Your organization is responsible for agreed fees and applicable taxes. Cancellation and refund terms must be presented at checkout; this draft does not create an unapproved refund promise.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content and data you provide. You permit Techly Africa Limited and its authorized processors to use them as needed to provide, secure and support the service. We retain rights in Adtelo software, branding and documentation. AI output rights depend on applicable law and provider terms and should be reviewed before publication.
Suspension, closure and data
We may suspend access for nonpayment, security risk, abuse or unlawful use, with notice where reasonably possible. Authorized users may request export or closure through account controls. Deletion and retention follow the Privacy policy, legal duties and backup cycles. Limited financial, audit and suppression records may be retained where lawful and necessary.
Liability and changes
We aim to provide the service with reasonable care, but external networks, email and payment providers can fail or restrict access. Any liability cap, exclusions and mandatory consumer-rights language require counsel approval before these terms are issued. Material changes will be published with an effective date and fresh acceptance sought when required.
Law, contact and disputes
These terms are intended to be governed by Ghanaian law, subject to mandatory rights. Raise a dispute through the support channel in your account so we can try to resolve it. The registered address, public email, formal notice method and dispute forum must be completed before publication.
